Just remember that we cannot accept online exclusives for return, and we cannot accept shipped returns without prior authorization through Customer Care. Because everything is hand-crafted and made to order therefore all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of your size before placing an order with us. So be sure to have a live chat with us first.

Non-returnable items
We will not accept returns in the following situations:

Cancel Orders
To cancel your order, please contact us at support@diysneakers.com for instructions and assistance. It will take some time to process your request. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
- If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please do not return your products before getting confirmation via email from support@diysneakers.com
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the carrier without confirmation.
Delivered Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund due to items not received
1. If you have not received your package within 30 natural days. You can apply for a full refund after emailing us. If the customer wishes to have the parcel re-shipped due to the incorrect address provided by the customer, the shipping cost will not be covered by DiySneakers.
2. The refund will be refused if you don't claim to have the package even if carrier get the receipt, but we can help you claiming compensation from the carrier by providing you with information about it.
3. Don't refund for the package lost in transit, But we will send you a brand new replacement package.
