Shoes are made to order, please allow up to 7 days to be completed and posted unless stated otherwise.
All pre-made shoes, accessories & clothing are shipped in 2 days after you ordered it. This excludes orders which also include a made to order product as the whole order will all be shipped together within the standard turnaround time.

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We ship worldwide! All our shipping prices are in US Dollars (USD). Please note that business days DO NOT include weekends or public holidays. See below to find more information regarding delivery timeframes per destination:
We offer free standard shipping for all orders above $100 USD!
Please note that the time frame in the table is only an estimation. As there are many uncontrollable factors in international shipping, we can't make any shipping time guarantees. We are also unable to offer return for items arrive late.


RUSH ORDER FEE
Rather than up to 7 days to be completed and shipped, we will guarantee your order to be made and shipped within 7 working days.
This is up to 7 working days from the day you order to the day we ship. Shipping times then apply and are dependent on your location, see estimates below.
If there is a specific date that you need your pair for (even if this is sooner than 7 working days) please email support@diysneakers.com  to enquire.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail notification.

If your order has just been sent out, please wait 3-5 business days for the updated tracking information.
If your order is already in transit, but has had no update for several days, usually it will be updated until the parcel reaches the next shipping station (may need 3-7 business days). Please kindly wait for updates.
If you still have concerns about the status of your parcel, please contact our customer support team by emailing us at support@diysneakers.com.

Address Change
Once the package is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us at support@diysneakers.com or online chatbot within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Time Exceeded
Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@diysneakers.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check the situation with the transportation company on time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

 
SHIPPING RATES

The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES 
Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. As they are location dependent we cannot confirm how much these charges will be. The customer will be contacted directly by their local customs team to make payment. If this payment is not made the package will be destroyed and we will not be able to offer a refund.
