Tips
We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) and PayPal payments.
Although you will be able to display prices in different currencies, we will still process orders in default US dollars.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.
You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within the 3-5 business day handling time after your order has been completely processed.
The order delivery time is divided into two parts
Order processing time:
Normally, we will start processing custom requests within 2-3 business days after order confirmation/payment. Our products are all custom products, not available from stock. Customization takes time, approximately 7-14 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be delayed. Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). In this case, we will take measures to ensure that shipping delays are minimized.
Shipping time:
Approximately 7-15 business days. The daily order cutoff time for orders is 5:00 pm (PST). After the cutoff time, we will not process orders received on the same day. Normally, Overall delivery time since order received is 7-15 business days. Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. Our products are delivered via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail notification.
If your order has just been sent out, please wait 3-5 business days for the updated tracking information.
If your order is already in transit, but has had no update for several days, usually it will be updated until the parcel reaches the next shipping station (may need 3-7 business days). Please kindly wait for updates.

ADDRESS CHANGE
We are unable to change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us at support@diysneakers.com. or our online chatbot within 24 hours of placing your order.
DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED
Delivery time may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances such as customs inspection, bad weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@diysneakers.com within 24 hours after placing the order. We will confirm the situation with the shipping company in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and support.
