ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

*All custom shoe orders are shipped in boxes to maintain shoe box quality.

*Shoes are made to order, please allow up to 7 days to be completed and posted unless stated otherwise. (This is not included in the shipping time.)

We ship worldwide! Please note that business days DO NOT include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Options, Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $0.00 (Free)

Order Arrival: 4 - 12 ETA business days, depending on location

Free standard shipping on all orders

Express Shipping: $50.00

Order Arrival: 3 - 7 ETA business days

Force Majeure: Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause shipping delays, such as customs inspections, adverse weather, flight delays, or carrier issues like package loss. While rare, these events are beyond our control.

  • Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume. (Does not include shoes making time)
  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
  • Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.
  • For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all shipping methods are available to all areas.

SHIPPING COURIERS

We ship our packages through our shipping agency PandaPrank and UPS, Fedex or DHL.

Purchases are shipped from our Hong Kong or Los Angeles distribution centers.

TRACKING

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.

Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have.

Please note that tracking is active during 60 days so we won't be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.

Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions

Alaska, Hawaii and US territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)

Sorry, we do not ship to US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands.

Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by express or priority, and normally arrive within 7-10 business days.

US Military & Diplomatic Addresses

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations! Your order will arrive via UPS but arrival may be delayed based on location. Note that no tracking number will be provided.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.

DELIVERY

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately email support@diysneakers.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping.

If your order has been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, by sending us a picture.

If possible, please record any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bended products...) to the carrier when you receive your order.

CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@diysneakers.com as soon as you can.

Order Cancellation and Adjustments

We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.

Can I enter special delivery instructions?

If you have any special delivery instructions, please select the box that says ''This is a gift'' during checkout and enter your request. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I return my product if it arrives late?

We can't guarantee shipping times. We are also unable to offer refunds for items that arrive late.‎

Rush order fee

Rather than up to 7 days to be completed and shipped, we will guarantee your order to be made and shipped within 7 working days. This is up to 7 working days from the day you order to the day we ship. Shipping times then apply and are dependent on your location, If there is a specific date that you need your pair for (even if this is sooner than 7 working days) please email support@diysneakers.com to enquire.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders! Please note that  the time frame in the table is only an estimate  as there are many uncontrollable factors in international shipping.

What is the shipping rate?

The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country ‎(ONLY AFFECT IN EUROPE), based on the order value of your shipment.

Do I need to pay for the Customs & Duties?

Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer ‎(ONLY AFFECT IN EUROPE). As they are location dependent we cannot confirm how much these charges will be. The customer will be contacted directly by their local customs team to make payment. If this payment is not made the package will be destroyed and we will not be able to offer a refund. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us

PLEASE NOTE

  • When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 
  • Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
  • You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality.
